A 1951 wrap book from American Thread — Stoles and Shawls, Star Book No. 86, issued from 260 W. Broadway, New York 13, printed Copyright 1951.
Sixteen pages of Dawn nylon, worsted, baby yarn, and fine-cotton wraps for “movies, church suppers, Grange meetings, the theater and the senior prom.” The cover line is accurate: hairpin lace, knitting, and crochet.
