This is a wonderful 1955 vintage Coats & Clark booklet titled Pineapple Squares (Book No. 314), featuring 15 new pineapple square designs (patterns S-733 through S-747).

The 16-page booklet is entirely dedicated to square pineapple motifs that can be joined to create tablecloths, runners, pillows, place mats, chair backs, and arm pieces. It includes a very useful reference chart on page 2 showing the approximate number of balls required for each project size.

Designs range from fine thread (Size 100) to Size 30, with two tatting-crochet versions (S-738 and S-746). The motifs vary in complexity — some are relatively quick, while others are intricate showpieces. The booklet is beautifully illustrated with large photos of finished joined pieces, including a stunning full lace tablecloth made from motif S-742.

Condition note: All pages are complete and fully readable. The cover has some light handwritten notes and a small sticker; interior pages show typical age toning for a 1955 booklet.
