A wartime Lily gift-and-home album — Lily’s Album of Crocheted Designs, Book 1200, issued by Lily Mills Company, Shelby, N.C., printed Copyright 1944.

This 28-page booklet is the mixed household book advertised on the cover: tea and card-table linens, chair sets, bedspread medallions, breakfast mats, glass jackets, hot-dish mats, a hostess apron with beverage gloves, baby clothes, and small gifts (earrings, sachets, bells, buttons). Worked in Daisy and Sky-Tone. Patterns are crochet only (a few pieces are sewn to linen).
