(Little Rock, AR), Sweetheart is thread crochet at its prettiest: soft-hued size 10 cotton, a steel hook, a whisper of potpourri, and a ribbon tie. The booklet itself calls these “elegant Heart Sachets… a treat for the senses,” and once you see the layered picots, Irish-rose center, ruffles, and flower clusters, you’ll understand why many stitchers decide to make the whole set.

Each sachet is worked in two pieces (front and back), finished with an eyelet round, a bridal-net inner pouch, and a ⅛" ribbon woven through and tied in a bow. Yardages run roughly 50–110 yards of bedspread-weight cotton per heart. Gauge is flexible; the leaflet notes that a slightly larger or smaller heart still looks lovely.
